My story
For years, I was naturally skinny. No matter how hard I trained, my body refused to change. I stayed stuck at 132 lbs at 5’5”, frustrated, confused, and wondering what I was doing wrong.

In late 2024, everything changed when I finally discovered why I wasn’t gaining muscle. I stopped guessing, rebuilt my entire training system, and followed a plan that actually worked. In less than six months, I gained over 25 pounds strength, curves, and confidence I had never had before.

Reaching my dream physique didn’t just change my body. It changed how I feel, showed up in life.

Now, my mission is simple: to help people who feel stuck in the same place I once was. If you train hard but don’t see results, if you think your body “just won’t change,” I’m here to show you that it can with the right strategy.
